How Is Your 2009 Weight Loos Coming Along?

So how is your weight loos coming in 2009? Are you like me and have had ups and downs? One thing you will want to keep in mind is that weight loos is not a quick thing. Chances are you didn't get fat over night and you won't drop the weight over night either.

One thing I've done that has really helped me loos weight is to stop buying traditional snacks. Now I keep healthy low fat snacks around the home. Things such as nuts, berries and low fat nutritional bars has helped me cut way back. I no longer buy those high fat, high calorie snacks. If I don't have them in the house, then I can't eat them!

One other thing that has really helped me lose the weight is getting out and doing something...anything! I try and walk at least 30 minutes each day. If the weather is good and I have the time, I might walk 30 minutes in the morning and then 30 minutes in the evening. I also started doing my own lawn work. This has really helped me burn the calories.

Another tip I can give you is to try and eat well before going to bed. I read somewhere that if you eat just prior to going to bed, then most of that food will end up as fat. So I eat several hours before going to bed. If I need a quick snack before hitting the sack, then I'll grab a carrot stick or something else that is low fat.

Remember to drink lots and lots of water also. This is another tip that has really boosted my weight loos. Water flushes the system of toxins and excess fat. Plus it keeps you hydrated and you skin looks better, not to mention that you feel better also!
